By entering the Eyam Half Marathon, you agree that the organisers shall not be liable for any accidents, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused, or for any property lost either on the course or at any of the race facilities.
We cannot provide refunds or transfer / defer entries should you decide not to participate.
We recommend that runners do not use MP3 players, as this might invalidate insurance cover.
